Great Value Got this bag last week. Better than expected(and I am not easily impressed). Used it on the first night on my Neoair Trekker pad with a shirt and pants on. It got down to 36F, but I still had to unzip it. Before I got in the bag my feet got wet and I had to take my socks off. They usually take a long time to heat back up, but within 10 minutes they were warm. VERY compressible, weighed the regular bag on a digital scale at 2lbs 13ozs. Only reason i wouldn’t recommend it is for extreme expeditions or technical climbing where … got this for backpacking on a budget. comparing to the kelty cosmic down 20 ( my wife’s bag) Its only 3 oz heavier and maybe 10% less compressable. the insulation is synthetic but its very similar to a 550 duck down (cosmic 20). i choose this because its the only 20 degree bag for about $100 that is “en” rated.
