Carbonhead "Watch addict" says:

Unexpected bang for the buck. Unit arrived quickly and well packed. I immediately hooked the unit up to test it out. Peizo starter worked well for a few tries but quickly gave up the ghost. I just removed it and threw it out. I use Swedish fire steel any way so this was not a deal breaker for me but I did remove a star for it. Flame control was accurate if not a little too sensitive. Unit quickly brought a 3 cup bowl to a rolling boil in 3 minutes. I tested the unit on both Isobutane and propane w/ a conversion adapter. It…

It boiled the water as fast as ome of the other more expesinve stoves but what I really like is the lower center of gravity and I bought this stove to take along on a backpacking trip with my son’s boy scout trip. It boiled the water as fast as ome of the other more expesinve stoves but what I really like is the lower center of gravity and larger arms that you do not get with the more expensive butane stoves that mount on top of the canister. Amanda says:

Great compact and lightweight campstove I go on a lot of multi-day backpacking trips and wanted a small and lightweight stove. This stove folds up really small, and comes with a nice carrying case. It is pretty light so if you’re as obsessed over weight as I am then this is a good option. The pot I use with it is 8 inches across; I haven’t had any issues with it tipping over. I usually find a flat rock to set it on while cooking. I’m sure there are fancier stoves out there, but this one is perfect for my needs.
