The Tasmanian is a four season tent that is loaded with features. It uses 7000 series aluminum poles (one continuous pole system with hubs that reach end to end, and an additional pole that goes across the tent to help stabilize in strong winds). It also features a full-coverage fly with two vestibules to help store your gear. With an additional pole on the fly, it creates a very large vestibule on the front for even more gear storage. Great value and rugged tent. Perfect for all year round. This is a great 4-season tent. I wanted a lesser expensive 4-season that I could try winter camping before I invested the big money in a nicer bigger brand name tent that packs down smaller. This is a great go-to tent for me. It is solid and tough, and a great tent for shorter hiking trips. It is a little bit on the heavy side and it could pack down smaller but I cannot complaint one bit about the price and the value. Because of the packed size I can see this tent becoming my car camping tent…

Easy Set Up and Take Down We bought this tent for a 10 Day road trip from Oklahoma to the Grand Canyon. Set up is super easy and quick- one person can easily handle the set up and take down alone.

I love this tent I love this tent ! it took a min to put up cause the instructions where not in the bag so I had to wing it but I did find the not so good instructions behind the picture on the out side of the bag .the rain cover poles are a pain I hope they get easier to put in and out ,the tips of the poles come out easy and get snagged inside the rain cover made it a pain to get out but in the long haul will make changing elastic cord that hold the pole together easy to fix if they break years down the road.
