Clever and compact – a camper’s delight! Even though I car camp I’m always looking for ways to pare down things and this certainly fills that need nicely. I love having full sized products that compact down easily for storage and the spatula, spoon and tongs are great. I typically cook either on a grate over the coals or in the coals of the campfire and that’s the only reason I need tongs, so I’ve been thinking of ways to be able to use the tongs in this fashion. As they are in the kit it won’t hold up to the intense heat of coals…

GTG Ive been happy with this little set. It is compact and fits neatly in the pouch that comes with it. I have used it a couple times now and it has performed well and cleans up easy. The little bottle for dish soap holds about as much as an eye dropper so it is basically worthless. The cutting board is sufficient for my needs…I’m not doing gormet cooking when I go camping. The spice rocket (I think thats what they call it) is actually really good. I have one of the Coghlan’s Multi Spice things,…

Good with a flaw I personally have had many sets of camp cooking utensils and such. I have this set as well as a MSR Ultralight Kitchen Set and a Front Runner Camp Kitchen set. This set is my top 2 next to The MSR set. But this isn’t going to be a persuasive review it’s all about the facts.
