Great little book Really has recipes that can be put together and cooked at the campfire. Even recipes the kids can do, how can you lose? Anything that breaks up the hot dog routine while camping works for me.

Introducing real food to camping This is a good starting book and should be taken with any new campfire cook. It might inspire those who don’t really cook while camping other than beans and dogs.
