Vintage camper, fourth Coleman stove- comparisons of models This is my fourth Coleman stove, and the best. My mom had a heavy vintage 1970s coleman, a true work horse, but hard to clean.

Philip A. says:

Outstanding!! This unit is better than my stove at home! It starts first time, every time, easy to adjust flame, cooks great and cleans up easily. It is compact yet can handle large pots or pans. The cooking surface is extremely sturdy and feels very solid. Only downside is there is no shut off valve in the fuel line so you must remove the propane tank after each use when storing the unit

11,000 btu burners-poor ignitor good build-solid and easy to clean.burners put out excellent flame. However only one of the burners would ignite out of the box and the ignition button is likely to fail in the long run.so i sent it back and traded for the non instaStart model. also the knobs extend out from the case not a good design for the traveler/camper.otherwise it appears worthy of recommending.
